Re-Vision Church
This powerful message challenges us to examine where we place our focus in life, using the fascinating concept that our minds cannot simultaneously see two different images in optical illusions. Just as we must choose whether to see the young woman or the old woman, the rabbit or the duck, we must decide whether to focus on our problems or God's promises. Drawing from 2 Corinthians 4:18, we're reminded that the troubles we see now are temporary, but eternal things last forever. The call is clear: we're not meant to simply attend church programs or build buildings, but to fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples and building God's kingdom. With a bold vision to reach and disciple 1,000 people in 2026, the message breaks this down practically—if just 100 people commit to reaching 10 others, the goal becomes achievable. Through three key focus areas—prayer (including 21 days of prayer and fasting), people (inviting and involving them through Life Groups and Celebrate Recovery), and purpose (discovering our divine calling through Growth Track)—we're equipped to live out our faith daily. The broccoli illustration powerfully demonstrates that God's Word only benefits us when we actually ingest and digest it, not just hear about it. We're challenged to remember that God created the vision for our lives, the Holy Spirit carries us as we carry His message, and Jesus completes the vision as we become complete in Him.
