Tis The Season: Pt 1 - Day 1

Reading: John 8:12; Matthew 5:14-16

Devotional: Jesus declared, "I am the light of the world," and then called His followers to be the same. This isn't coincidence—it's commission. When Christ enters our hearts, He doesn't just illuminate our inner darkness; He transforms us into light-bearers for a world desperate for hope. The question isn't whether we have His light, but whether we're allowing it to shine through us. Like Christmas lights hidden in a box, our faith becomes meaningless if we keep it to ourselves.

Reflection: Are you reflecting Jesus' light, or are you hiding it under a bowl of fear, insecurity, or complacency? The world doesn't need more darkness—it needs you to shine.
