Reading: 1 Corinthians 1:26-31

Devotional: God's calling on your life has nothing to do with your qualifications and everything to do with His power. The disciples were fishermen, not theologians. Peter cursed and cut off ears even after walking with Jesus for years. Paul persecuted Christians before becoming the greatest missionary. Your past failures, lack of education, or personal weaknesses don't limit God's ability to use you. In fact, when you are weak, then you are strong in Him. The gifts and calling of God are irrevocable—you cannot return them, and you cannot run far enough away that God won't lead you back to His purpose. Stop disqualifying yourself. God qualifies the called; He doesn't call the qualified.
