Tis The Season: Pt 2 - Day 3

Reading: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18; Luke 22:39-46

Devotional: "Never stop praying" sounds impossible until you realize prayer is relationship, not ritual. Jesus modeled this perfectly—even in His darkest hour, He made prayer His priority. He asked questions honestly but surrendered completely. Making prayer priority means scheduling it first, not fitting it in last. When you put God last on your schedule, the enemy fills your day with distractions that leave you too tired to pray. Prepare for your time with God like you'd prepare for an important meeting. Set your coffee, open your Bible, silence your phone. Create space to talk to God and—equally important—to listen. Prayer isn't about informing God of what He already knows; it's about aligning your heart with His will. When you seek Him first, He blesses the rest.
