This Changes Everything: Healing - Day 1

Reading: James 5:13-16

Devotional: The Bible does not leave us guessing about what to do when life becomes heavy. It gives a clear, faithful response: pray. When trouble comes, pray. When joy comes, praise. When sickness comes, call on the church and trust God together. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective, not because of who is praying, but because of who is being prayed to. God still heals today because Jesus Christ does not change. His character yesterday is his character right now. Bring your need before him with honest, expectant faith, and trust that he hears every word.
