The psalmist invites us not just to hear about God's goodness secondhand, but to "taste and see" for ourselves. Many Christians live on borrowed experiences, singing about God at church but never truly encountering Him personally. This is like staring at a glass of water and never drinking it. God doesn't want you to simply trust someone else's testimony—He wants you to have your own story. Today, pause and reflect: When have you personally experienced God's goodness? What has He done specifically for you? Don't rush past this question. Your personal encounter with God's faithfulness becomes the foundation of unshakeable faith. When you taste His goodness for yourself, no one can convince you otherwise.
