Devotional: Wherever life takes you—whether to Potiphar's house or prison, whether to promotion or persecution—God's presence remains constant. Your address may change, but your purpose doesn't. Joseph experienced God's favor in slavery and in imprisonment because God never left him. You may feel forgotten, overlooked, or abandoned, but Jesus promised, "I am with you always, to the very end of the age." If you ascend to the heights of success, He's there. If you descend to the depths of despair, He's there too. When you pass through waters, they won't overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you won't be burned. God is your ever-present help in trouble—not sometimes, but always. Let this truth anchor your soul today: you are never alone.
