From the very beginning, Scripture shows us a God who creates, observes, and declares, “It is good.” God’s nature has always been good—and His goodness is not distant or abstract, but something meant to be experienced. The psalmist invites us to “taste and see” that the Lord is good, reminding us that faith isn’t just intellectual—it’s experiential. Too often, we rush past the goodness of God in our daily lives. We move quickly, chasing the next thing, missing the beauty of what God has already done. But celebration slows us down. It causes us to pause and recognize His hand at work. God doesn’t just do good things—He is good. And when we take time to reflect on His goodness, it naturally leads us into worship. Today, don’t just acknowledge God’s goodness—experience it, dwell in it, and celebrate it.
