Devotional: New wine requires new wineskins—fresh moves of God demand flexible hearts. Peter's rooftop vision shattered his religious framework, enabling the gospel to reach the Gentiles. What God declared clean, Peter had called common. Our structures, systems, and preferences must serve the Spirit, not restrict Him. When wineskins become rigid, they lose flexibility, crack under pressure, and ultimately lose effectiveness. Examine your spiritual life: Are you clinging to methods while missing the move? God isn't asking you to abandon truth, but to release your grip on tradition. The message never changes, but methods must adapt. What structure in your life needs flexibility today? Pray for the humility to adjust and the courage to innovate for the sake of reaching this generation.
