A Summer To Remember: The Father's Gift - Day 5

Day 5: Bold Faith, Bold Prayers

Reading: James 5:16; Acts 4:29-31

Devotional: The early church didn't pray timid prayers—they prayed with boldness, asking God to perform signs and wonders. The effective, fervent prayer of the righteous accomplishes much. "Fervent" comes from the Greek word for energy—your prayers should have energy, passion, and faith behind them. God honors bold prayers because bold prayers honor God. Don't limit God to what you can understand with your mind; He's bigger than that. Draw a circle of faith around your family, your community, your nation, and refuse to move until God moves. You will live and not die so you can declare what the Lord has done. Pray like you believe it.

Reflection: What bold prayer has God placed on your heart? Will you commit to praying it with faith and persistence until you see breakthrough?
