A Summer To Remember: The Cup of Redemption - Day 5

Reading: 2 Timothy 1:6-7, 1 Corinthians 14:1

Devotional: The fire of God that ignited when you first surrendered to Christ can be rekindled. Paul reminds Timothy to fan into flame the gift of God within him. Perhaps that initial passion has cooled, or life's diversions have distracted you from your calling. God's promise still stands: He will redeem you with mighty acts of judgment against every enemy scheme to stop you. Eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially prophecy—speaking God's will to His people. The Holy Spirit wants to give you dreams and visions, reignite your passion, and reveal your purpose. You don't have to live stuck between salvation and freedom. There's more—the cup of redemption and the life of fulfillment await. Today, ask God to fan the flames of your gifts, and believe that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.
