Day 2: No Condemnation, No Shame - Unshakable: Real Victory

Day 2: No Condemnation, No Shame

Reading: Romans 8:33-34; Hebrews 12:2

Devotion:
Shame is one of the enemy's most effective weapons because it does not just attack what you have done — it attacks who you are. But Scripture is clear: no one has the authority to condemn those whom God has justified. Christ did not die for you and then leave you buried in shame. He rose, and He is interceding for you right now. He is not pointing a finger at you from heaven. He is pleading on your behalf. Hebrews 12:2 calls us to fix our eyes on Jesus, who himself endured the cross by disregarding its shame. You can do the same.

Reflection: Is there an area of your life where shame has convinced you that you are beyond God's reach or unworthy of His love?

Application: Practice what James 5 calls believers to do. Find one trusted person in your faith community and honestly share a burden you have been carrying alone. Then pray together and receive God's freedom.
