A Summer To Remember: Before You Lead - Day 1

Reading: Matthew 7:24-27

Devotional: Jesus describes two builders — one who builds on rock and one who builds on sand. The storms do not discriminate. They come to both houses with equal force. What differs is the foundation. As Pastor Mark reminded us, Christ is our firm foundation, the one on which we stand when everything around us is shaking. When life presses hard against you, the question is not whether the storm will come but what your life is built upon. Today, examine what you are truly standing on. Is it the Word of God, or is it the shifting ground of circumstances, feelings, and opinions?
