Day 4: Learning to Hear His Voice - Unshakable: Real Power

Day 4: Learning to Hear His Voice

Reading: Isaiah 30:21, John 10:27, and Acts 2:17

Devotional: God is not silent. He encourages, He warns, He directs, and He speaks through dreams and visions. The question is not whether He is speaking — it is whether you have learned to recognize His voice. Familiarity with someone's voice comes from time spent with them. The same is true with God. When you spend consistent time in His Word and in prayer, you begin to know not just what He says but how He says it. His voice will never contradict His Word. His warnings will always come from love. His direction will always point toward life. Slow down enough today to listen.

Reflection Questions:
  • Can you recall a recent moment when you sensed the Holy Spirit warning or directing you? How did you respond?
  • Is there someone God has been prompting you to reach out to that you have been avoiding?

Practical Application: Spend at least ten minutes today in silence after your prayer time. Do not fill the quiet with music or activity. Simply listen. Write down anything that comes to your heart and bring it back to Scripture to test it.
