Day 1: Real Life in Christ - Unshakable: Real Power

Reading: Romans 8:1-4

Devotional: There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. That truth alone is enough to change the entire posture of your day. So many people carry the weight of past failures, believing they must earn their way back into God's good graces. But the life Christ offers is not a life of striving — it is a life of receiving. Today, choose the tree of life over the tree of self. Surrender the need to control your own path and trust that God, who created you, knows better than you do what your life is meant to look like.

• In what areas of your life are you still trying to manage things on your own rather than trusting God?
• How does the absence of condemnation change the way you see yourself today?

Practical Application: Write down one area of your life where you have been operating from self-reliance. Pray specifically over that area and ask the Holy Spirit to take the lead there this week.
