Detox: Pt 4 - 5 Day Devotional: Day 5

Reading: Galatians 5:1, 13-16; Romans 8:1-2; John 8:36

Devotional: Christ has set you free—don't let anything enslave you again. Your past is a place of reference, not residence. You don't live there anymore. The enemy wants you to believe you're still bound by chains that Jesus already broke. But if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed. There is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. The law of the Spirit of life has set you free from the law of sin and death. This week, you've examined your life, identified areas needing change, and committed to walk in purity. Now walk in the freedom Christ purchased for you. When temptation comes, remember whose you are. When guilt tries to creep back, declare the truth: you are forgiven, healed, and made new. Use your freedom not as an opportunity for the flesh, but to serve one another in love. You are more than a conqueror through Him who loves you.

As you complete this devotional journey, remember: God's mercy is new every morning. If you stumble, get back up. One day you'll stand up and keep walking without looking back. That day could be today.
